This vehicle that is being offered for sale via public auction was seized pursuant to the Florida Forfeiture contraband act, Florida statutes, chapter 932, and was subsequently awarded to the city of Lauderhill Police Department. This vehicle is being SOLD AS IS WHERE IS AND CARRIES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Please note: Almost all of the confiscated cars have been sitting on the impound lot for a minimum of 3 months before they are listed for sale. The batteries are low and the tires occasionally need to be inflated. I generally suggest having the fluids changed and the car looked over by a mechanic before attempting a cross country drive home. Winning bidders will need to provide a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and a current tag if you plan to drive the car off the lot. This Accord was confiscated several months ago as a result of a routine traffic stop. It was a registered and daily driven vehicle at the time and has been sitting on the impound lot at the Lauderhill police station since. The battery is out of juice and will need to be jump started. I was unable to get the actual milage as it has a digital odometer but was told it is around 185,000 miles. The mileage on the title reads exempt. The car has all windows and the doors all open and close without problems. There is no radio. It has nice chrome after-market rims and a sunroof. For some reason it has a black hood. Paint has worn thin in several places. The interior although complete is dirty. Please see pictures for more details. This auction is starting low and running with no reserve.
