Vehicle Detail

1932 Willys Overland Panel Truck. This vehicle is all original and unrestored. It has all original paint and all original interior. The vehicle has great patina and is green with black fenders. The top is original. It was last licensed in 1948. It is a great survivor. It has original advertising on the sides - Roy M. Reineke Electric Co. On the front over the windshield it says Owatonna. This is Owatonna Minnesota which is in southern Minnesota. This is a very rare panel truck. There were only 525 made. The body tag inside the right door jam says Manufactured by Willys Overland Co. Toledo, Ohio. There were very few others if any that have survived and especially in all original condition. 1932 was a very desirable year for any make or model. The vehicle has the original hood ornament and grill badge. The badge says Willys Overland Trademark Reg. It has crank out windshield. The vehicle has the original headlights which work and the horn which works. The horn bell is missing. The grill is perfectly straight. The radiator is exceptionally nice. It has the original crank and some other original tools with the vehicle. The body has no rust on it and it has never been touched. The left rear fender and body rear of the fender has old damage from the 1930's or 1940's. The front of that fender has a small amount of rust on the bottom where it meets the running board. The hood, all 4 doors, splash aprons and cowls are in excellent condition. The front fenders are very good. The right rear fender has a dent above the running board. The running boards are very good and straight. The rubber mats are worn. The original glass in the vehicle is very good. It has oval glass in the rear doors. It has fog light, spot light and unique signal lights. The wood in the floor is in great condition. The wood header above the windshield has minor rot in each corner which does not affect much. There is a small amount of deteroriated on top of the driver's door which can be easily repaired and is not affecting anything. I did not do anything with this because I did not want to hide anything about the vehicle. The wheels and rims are very nice and solid. The spokes are wood and are all original and in very nice condition. The tires are 4.75-5.00 19's and have very good thread. They hold air well and have some checking. It is equipped with original electrician's tool rack in the back. The original-starter-headlight-buttom is very unique and original and works very good. It has all of the original hubcaps. The top material is original and has shrunk in the rear corners and the left front corner. It has original ignition and door lock key and the door locks work. The headliner is all there and good condition. It is coming loose in the front corners. The kick panels are missing. The driver seat is original and shows wear. I believe it originally came with just a driver's seat which most commercial panels came at that time and the passenger seat was added later. The engine runs great and shifts fine. The brakes stop good. Most of the gauges work fine. It charges fine and has period heater. The right inside door handle has been replaced and the rest are original. The inside door panels are in good condition. This vehicle is a very great and rare survivor and should be driven as is. It has good current Minnesota title. The gas tank has been drained and is very good condition and is clean. Contact us for more pictures and more information.
