Up for auction is my Jurassic Park Jeep replica.First, a little about the base Jeep.1995 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4.0L I6 Engine4x4 5-speed manual transmission.118,000 MilesFactory Cold A/C (rare option on the YJ's)Soft-top convertible. This Jeep has been meticulously maintained. Some of the most recent maintenance includes:New brake pads/rotors.New clutch master and slave cylinder. Transmission fluid change.Front and rear differential fluid change (LubeLocker reusable seals were used to make future changes simple, no RTV required.Now for the modifications, This includes:Custom paint. The "12" and "JP" markings are not decals, they were made using paint and custom stencils. (lasts MUCH longer then simple decals)Custom MOTORIZED light rack, each of the 4 lights are controlled by individual joysticks mounted to the dashboard (see pictures). This is exactly how the screen-used #12 Jeep is setup with these exact lights. Each base lights ($200 per light) was modified to match the screen-used jeep. (custom cast resin brackets, paint, red surrounding guard, rubber base, etc) Correct Lightbar, the lightbar surrounding windshield with the motorized lights is the MOPAR YJ light bar (rare no longer produced). Inside the tube portion of the light bar are quick disconnect connectors to easily remove the ligthbar WITH lights attached if desired. Winch, the winch and winch-plate are manufactured by RAMSEY corp . This particular model is no longer produced and is hard to find. This is a fully functional 8,000lb capacity winch. Includes remote. Interior Color, this Jeep originally came with spice/tan interior color. I have replaced the interior to match the screen-used GREEN/TAN interior for movie accuracy. Tires, the BF Goodrich All-terrain tires are the same tires used on the screen-used Jeep. Plenty of tread remaining. CB Radio Antenna, the 102" whip antenna was installed to match the screen-used Jeep. Rear orange fog lamps, mounted ontop of the taillights to math the movie Jeeps. Issues: There are a few imperfections I sould mention, there is a small dent on the rear drivers side and scratch on the rear passenger fender flare (see pictures). The passenger and rear seat have some stitching that has come un-done, and will need to be re-sewn (not ripped). The drivers side rear zip window has stitching missing as well (top). Also, the 3rd gear synchro makes a bit of noise when shifting into 3rd (most noticeable on downshifts) but still works properly. As you can see, a lot of time/research/effort has gone into making this Jeep screen-accurate. I will really hate to see this Jeep go, but I need more room in the garage and there are other car/replica projects I would like to focus on.
