Vehicle Detail
17,900 miles, Pristine Condition! This motorcycle needs nothing but a new rider. Recent oil change a complete inspection was recently performed. If you have not ridden a Valkyrie you are in for a treat. In stock form they have 100 hp / 100 torque. The weight is low in the frame of a beautifully chromed 6-cylinder engine. Add a smooth shaft drive and you have a powerful yet effortless ride for short hops or long hauls. The reliabilty of the Valkyrie is legendary. There is no annoying habits or vibrations. Ride all day and feel fine except for the stupid grin on your face. I am the second owner. The first was a good friend and neighbor so I have known this bike since new. Garaged, washed after every ride, and no accidents ever. The pics show the solo seat but I have the passenger seat as well. You may notice that the emblems have been removed. Unless people know their bikes it is really fun to watch the stares and answers the questions. There are several well thought out mods (listed below) but the overall sensation, sound, quality ride, relaibilty and looks make this a great ride. UPGRADES - Custome Pipes: These pipes really make the bike. They are severl inches shorter and a larger diameter than stock with vintage glass-packs inside. Sounds like a 60s muscle car. Not too loud but heads turn because it is so unique. - Progressive fork internals and shocks really smooth the ride and make the bike more responsive - Of course the timing has been adjusted to match these mods - Steel brake lines front and back - Several lines have been re-routed so they are not visable- very clean CHROME ACCESSORIES - Radiator cap -Radiator Top -Radiator Grill -Transmission Cover -Engine Covers -Oil Dipstick -Oil Cap -Brake and Clutch reseivors OTHER ACCESSORIES - 2 Tank bags - Aftermarket windshield (the only piece I really do not like.) - Second handlebar (Flat) My friend is over 6 ftpr and liked the flat bars. I am 5'7" and preferred the stock sweep back bars. I also have the original pipes and pieces replaced by chromed pieces. Althhough my friend and I never had a problem this is a used motorcycle being sold as is with no warrenty. I am a private seller and cannot help with shipping. Of course the easiest way to get it home is to ride it. Please note I am a 100% positve feedback ebayer and will happily respond to all questions. I am usually a buyer and not a seller and want you to feel confident when you bid for soemthing this expensive that it is what I represent it to be. I require $250 through paypal within 24 hours of closing with the rest through a secure complete transaction when you pick up the bike.
