Because of that the insurance company automatically issued a reconstructed title. The car was originally from NY state, and because of that the milage is exempt because of the age of the car. The only minor issue with this car is, the one gas tank is rusted and needs replaced, but the other one is OK. I looked into replacing the 1 gas tank with an after market tank online, and it will only cost a few hundred dollars. Because of that I did lower the reserve price, but the car is being sold "AS IS" The transmission and motor are sound. The car starts right up. There are no engine "noises" (pings, dings or tapping) and the transmission shifts smoothly. The head liner was just replaced. There is no body rust. The tires are 90%. The car was just professionally detailed. There is no wear marks or tears in the interior leather. The car is in GREAT condition inside and out!!! *
