1957 MGA Coupe Frame Off Restoration This is a rare MGA Coupe from 57'. Not many were made and certainly not many left in this condition. This vehicle went through a complete strip down to chassis restoration. Everything on this car was reconditioned and or replaced with new parts and bolts. All wood was replaced throughout. The engine, transmission, and rear end were completely rebuilt and has original Numbers Matching. The undercarriage of this car was completely redone and looks outstanding. The engine compartment too is stunning and looks like it did when it left the factory. All wiring was replaced with a completely new harness. The interior was replaced with new leather seats, mats, carpet, headliner etc. The dash is beautiful and finished with a custom wood trim. The guages are crisp and everything functions like new. Firestone gum dipped whitewalls were added with freshly painted rims and new knockoffs. I have a complete photo book of this restoration that will go with the car. The glass and chrome are lovely on this car and retains it's original look. New gas tank filler neck and grommets. All new rubber everywhere and grommets replaced The rear window molding insert was on back order and will be installed before the new owner receives the car. The whole suspension system is new as you can see in the pictures. This MGA starts up perfectly every time with no hesitation and runs fantastic. It would be difficult to find another coupe in this condition. There are many available but everything was restored on this one. The pictures speak for themselves.
