This is a 1985 Cheverolet Monte Carlo SS.This car would be a good restoration project,IT IS CURRENTLY PA. INSPECTED. The car was originally purchased to be restored,several years ago.We did begin restoration, there were many new parts installed by a local garage with a certified technician.New complete stock exhaust system,new braking system,shocks,starter, tires and chrome wheels and tie rod ends ,ball joints,coil springs and more. The bill at that time was over 4k.The car is in poor running condition,it does not seem to be firing properly on all 8 cylinders.We do not know what is wrong with the engine,the transmission still works very nicely ,it is a 4 speed automatic.We recently have had the car serviced ,changed the carbuerator and the distributor.The car has a brand new Summit Carbuerator and a brand new Summit Distributor.They are the old style set-up with no computer assist.As we stated the car does not run properly and something is wrong with the system. The old carb and distributor come with the car.The car does still drive and ride very nice.The car does have some sheet metal damage ,mainly front passenger side fender.The car has very little rust at all.We are starting at a low price with No Reserve ! !
