Vehicle Detail

A true RM23 car. This is not a clone! Radiator support & trunk lip match VIN tag on dash. Original rosette rivets prove that. This is a clean Iowa titled car. Very nice plump crazy head turner. True Mopar muscle at it's best. Past work includes professionally replaced trunk floor, extensions & lower quarters. Light repair on frame rails MIG welded in professionally also. Floor boards are very good with a small patch panel on drivers side. Body panels are straight & true. Interior has several new parts with excellent tuxedo black and silver bench. Trim is good but could use a professional polish or re-chrome. A strong date correct 383 with a light rebuild. 727 was professionally rebuilt with a shift kit by a transmission shop that specializes in race prepped trannies. Crisp & strong response upon acceleration. A perfect car? No way, there never is. But it is a good strong 8 as there is no such thing as a 10. This is a very nice, head turning MOPAR that gets a lot of attention. I have owned the car for 5 years and have driven it less than 900 miles. It was purchased the way it sits today with the exception of some minor cosmetic things that I have done. Newer items include hood black out stripes, gas tank & sending unit, 2 1/2'' Flow Masters with correct chrome tips, Road Runner dust trail graphics & some weather strip, 15'' Rallys with BFG's, floor mats, custom California Car Cover........the list goes on. Now for the bad stuff. NO FENDER TAG. The previous idiot owner lost it during restoration & I WILL NOT have a duplicate made. There is no broadcast sheet either. Steering wheel has a crack in it. the knob is missing from the tic-toc clock and it does not work. Original temp gage is not functional but there is a functional aftermarket one under dash one. There is a 3'' light scratch on the hood and 2-3 small rust bubbles (door pillar, rocker & trunk lid lip). Front bumper & door handles could be re-chromed. Want a perfect one with all the documentation? Look for another car and plan on spending an additional $25-30k. I am describing this car as honestly as I can. I am not holding back any sins I am also selling this car locally & do have it advertized nationally on another site so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. I can be reached at 515-975-4764 and would be very happy to speak with you if you are interested. This car is avaliable for viewing by appointment only and I highly encourage it. If you can't afford it, please don't bid and ruin it for others. I know what I have and I know what it's worth. I will not be giving it away. Seller assumes no liability for correctness of description and this will be the responsibility of the buyer. Sale is final. Thank's for looking and good luck bidding.
