NO RESERVE up for auction is a 2001 BMW M3 convertible, The car is pictured in the auction and is in great condition. The car has been serviced and check by bmw. The bmw is a 6spd non-SMG and drives like it is brand new. The only 2 things wrong with this car is that the convertible top drains are clogged and during heavy rain will tend to have a light drip in the corner due to the clogged drain. Also the car has a small dent on the drivers side rear quater panel. You can barely notice it but it is pictured in the pictures. The car was brought like this and i am not sure how it got there, seems like maybe a shopping cart or something. I did't want to sell the car without noteing any problem no matter how big or small. The car is being sold AS-IS. I require a $500 deposit via Paypal or cash in person within 24hrs of winning the auction, and full payment within 7days of winning the auction. Deposit is non refundable in the event that the winning bidder backs out of the sale, and does not pay the full payment within 7days of winning the auction. If paying with a bank check we will hold the check until it has cleared before hand over the title of the car. I reserve right to end the auction at any time before deposit is made because I am also selling the car locally.
