You are looking at a 1968 ElDorado in it's original #48 San Mateo metallic red. I bought this car not long ago with the intention of repainting the exterior and keeping it. Due to health reasons, I now need to sell. The car starts right up, stops as it should. All seat upholstery is intact, and there are no seam splits or tears. Power windows will need some work. I have not registered it or driven it since it was shipped to me from Pennsylvania. I will be glad to answer any and all questions as best I can. Bidders are encouraged to ask questions before bidding, as all sales are final. A $1,000 deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction close, and the balance in 7 days. I will put up more photos Monday night or Tuesday.On May-12-11 at 20:41:07 PDT, seller added the following information: I can best describe the car's paint as weathered (see close up photo). Very solid body. The only trace of rust I could detect when I took these photos a couple days ago, was some bubbling on the passenger's rear pillar.
