Found a diesel truck that I want and need to sell this in a hurry so I can make the down payment! I've lowered the starting bid and the buy it now price. Will throw in a full tank of gas! LOL. May not seem like much but with gas prices what they are it's a pretty good chunk! Good running 4x4 truck with a full tank of gas for a cheap price! What more could you ask for! LOL. Thanks again for looking. I am having to relist my truck because some jerk with zero feedback and no paypal account thought it would be funny to click buy it now then cancel their Ebay account! For that reason I've blocked any bidders that don't have a paypal account and required a $500 deposit within 24 hours of then end of the auction. However, if you are a serious, legitimate buyer, then we can work out the details. There were 8 users watching this auction at the time the jerk did this so if you were one of those 8, hopefully you may still be interested. Up for bid is my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Laramie Club Cab 4x4. This is my daily driving truck. The engine and transmission run very strong and have no issues at all. In fact the only mechanical issue is that you have to be going about 20 MPH for the 4x4 to engage. The 4wd stopped working shortly after I got the truck so I had it fixed. The mechanic said that he replaced the plunger, whatever that is, and that it was slow to engage but that it would get better with use. Once the 4x4 engages it works as it should and everything else on the truck performs as it should. When I bought the truck the carpet was horrible! I tore out the old carpet and padding and cleaned the bare floor of the truck, there was no rust at all under the nasty carpet and padding suprisingly enough. I installed new padding and a custom fit vinyl floor. The driver's seat was a mess so I found a replacement of the same color from the same year truck at a salvage yard and installed it. The interior now looks clean and nice. The power seat, power windows, and all all other electronics work as they should. The tires are of different brands but they are all in good shape. I had new ball joints and tie rod ends installed about a year ago and had the front end aligned. The body has some rust in the usual places that a 14 year old truck will rust but is still solid and presentable. Has custom dual exhaust that sounds awesome. For some reason ebay says that this truck has the 5.2 liter engine but it does not, it came from the factory with the 5.9 liter 360 cubic inch V8 Magnum and it runs like a 360 should! It does have the tow package. I drive this truck everyday and wouldn't hesitate to take off on a long trip in it. The only reason I want to sell is because I have diesel fever and want to get into a 3/4 ton diesel truck. I have probably lost my mind since diesel is over $4 a gallon but whatever I guess!
