1991 Chevrolet full size Blazer. Frame off restoration. This truck was dissasembled to the frame. The frame Was sandblasted and painted with an epoxy black paint. The differentials have new seals and oil. The driveshafts were rebuilt with new u-joints. Brake system was replaced with new lines metal and rubber, Pads, Shoes, rotors and drums,wheel cylinders and calipers, rear brake hardware kit. parking brake cables are new. The shock absorbers are monroe new. Transfer case was rebuilt with new shift forks and seals. the driveshaft slip yoke is new. The transmission was completely rebuilt with a remanufactured torque convertor. the engine was completely rebuilt. Block was bored to .030 over with new pistons. the crankshaft was replaced with a reground kit. the valves were reground with new valve seals. also replaced are the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, radiator hoses, thermostat, surpentine belt, heavy duty radiator, new AC condensor, reman AC compressor. blows very cold air with r134 freon. The body for this truck came from texas and is like new with no rust anywhere. The body was painted by a professional body shop. The body was painted everywhere to look like it was factory new. The hood is new , the tail gate is new. all wiring was checked and rewrapped with factory new loom cover. the entire exhaust wystem is new including the manifolds. the carpet is new. the headliner is new, all the interior parts were painted to look new. the seats were professionaly cleaned and have no tears in the upholstry. The cruise control has a rebuilt unit with a new switch in the steering column. I have $13,000 in parts and body shop paint. I have months of labor in this vehicle. This truck is as close to new as i can get it, it should easily drive another 100,000 miles with just normal maintence.
