A nice original '59 Corvette from CALIFORNIA with the correct 283 enigne and correctly numbered dual carburetors (2x4's), and 245 HP. Both tops: A white vinyl convertible top in very good condition, and a hardtop that needs restoration, but is complete. The powerglide transmission has been rebuilt, the radiator has been replaced, and the front brakes are new. The correct wide whitewall tires are excellent. The tach and clock do not work. The 283 engine runs smooth with no smoke and the transmission shifts smooth. There are no mechanical issues. The fiberglass is very good, and the frame is rust free. The exterior paint looks good and shines, but there are a few scratchs and chips. The chrome and stainless trim is very good, with no pitting. All the interior is very good with no rips or tears. California ownership was traced back to the 80's. This '59 corvette looks and drives very good. Additional pictures will be added tuesday. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
