Hi, Up for auction is a 1988 Jeep Comanche, 4 Cylinder 150 CDI With a 4 Speed Manual shift. This is a 2 Wheel Drive short- box Pick-up Truck. The body shows it's fair share of rust, as one photo shows where the drivers side floor board is rotted away. The drivers side rocker is in need of repair as is the drivers side rear wheel well. The cab corner on the passenger side has a hole. the rest of the passenger side is real decent. The box had a bed liner installed since new. All the lights work, blinkers, dash & horn. The radio has been removed. There is a spare tire mounted under the box. The tires are good in the front, but the rears are worn. I'm including 2 extra tires that would be fine in the rear. ( Mechanical issues.... Last year I had the front end inspected, Steering knuckle needs to be replaced. not a safety issue, just extra play in the steering wheel. Brakes, will need to be looked @ as pedal pulsates. Pads are still fine. Motor runs strong, there is some lifter noise @ start-up but quiets right down. Transmission shifts smooth all gears. clutch works fine. Gas tank leaks from top when filled up. fine other wise. This Jeep has been in my family since new. Also included is the owners manual, and a jeep repair manual. I just don't use it, much so maybe some can restore or use it for everyday service. This vehicle NEEDS TO PICKED UP( NO SHIPPING) I would say one could drive it if you had a trip of 500 miles or less. Please ask any questions
