1957 CHEVROLET 9 PASSENGER WAGON You are bidding on a very rare 9 passenger 210 wagon, This car is a project but is 99% rust free and has ALL the original interior including the 3rd seat and is complete. This car was built in L.A California and spent all it life in Redwood City, Calif. I bought this car from the 2nd owner who had driven this car to school in the late 60's and 70's. He gave it to his son and he took it apart and never finished the car and its been in storage for the last 20 years. Great project car and is very hard to fine in this condition. I may add also that it has the One Piece Frame that everyone wants.The car is unmolested and ready for a restoration. The floor pans are in excelent original condition (No Rust) only rust in this car is on the right front fender at bottom and corner of right door (see photo) this is very common on the chevy's, (see photo) rockers are nice and solid inter and outer. Spare tire well is excl. also. Like I said 99% rust free. The body has a few dents here and their from sitting around in storage, It is missing some of the outside Stainless Steel trim that is very easy to find, I do not have the bumpers for this car. The glass is all intact and only one door glass has a crack in it and windshield, the windows roll up and down real nice. One original key opens all doors and tailgate. It still has all the original Interior with the original material, (This car was Surf Green when new). The second seat folds up & down nice and is complete, the third seat is VERY RARE and are very hard to fine, this is in nice original condition also, I even have the original prop rod that is needed for the 3rd seat back (see Photo). It still has some of the original rubber floor matting that I left in car so you can see how original this car is. The head liner is still in tack. All inside garnish moldings and trim is complete and in car. Dash is uncut but has a couple small holes drill in for switch or something. No Motor or Transmission, Car rolls and steers fine This car has current Registration till 4/2012 and clear title in my name also new plates ( the original Black and Yellow Plates were missing years ago).
