Vehicle Detail
1955 Nomad Project. This is a very nearly complete car, but is a project. Although the floors are mostly solid, there are some rust issues on the body. Above the drip rail on the passenger side, the bottom of the passenger side door, and the rocker on the passenger side, are all rust spots. The original front seat is missing, as are the "eyebrow" trim pieces. The door and fender spears are on the car. The car was originally a manual shift and the clutch linkage is still in place. At some point, someone started to install a Powerglide automatic trans, and that is what comes with the car. The engine is a 1964 283. Both the engine and trans are in need of work. The car is mostly dismantled, with the exception that the body is on the rolling frame. Again, this is a project! The car is currently registered in California and I have clear title. On May-01-11 at 18:17:49 PDT, seller added the following information: please check out the additional photos that have just been uploaded. if the buyer is interested, there is a 1964 283ci and powerglide that will go with the car. they are not running and have been outside in the weather for a few years. there are also 2 other front fenders that are in good condition, and the hood is off the car but included. the glass all seems to be in good condition with the exception of a crack in the windshield and the drivers door glass missing. On May-01-11 at 18:37:43 PDT, seller added the following information: there is no headliner but all the hardware is included, it has the chrome strips and all the stuff to hold it up. the door panels are there but probably not good condition. i think we have most of the trim panels in the car somewhere but i dont know how complete it is. the floor has a few small rust spots but is in pretty good condition overall. most of the stainless is complete and in very good condition, just needs a good cleaning. i also have front and rear bumpers that are included but not pictured
