Relisted Because initial buyer had problems with his bank and was unable to complete transaction. This is a beautiful Cadillac DHS (Deville High-Luxury Sedan). It is in great condition, and has been well-cared for and regularly maintained. Inside it has a gorgeous supple slate leather interior with no cracking or tears; beautiful wooden trim, a real-wood and leather steering wheel with tilt and telescoping column; factory upgrade BOSE audio system with adjustable sound dynamics, full stereo, and rear sub; Cassette player, CD player, FM/AM radio; optional XM radio box included, duplicate volume and station controls on both steering wheel and dash; factory automatic sunroof with sliding cover; electronically retractable rear window shade; built-in rear door window blinds; adjustable heating and adjustable lumbar support in both front and rear seats; auto-dimming rear-view and driver side mirrors; one-touch-down power windows in all doors; with one-touch-up windows in the front doors; fully adjustable heating and air conditioning digital thermostat with separate front seat and back seat controls; OnStar Emergency Assist, Roadside Assist; one of the nicest gauge displays I have seen in any vehicle with backlit needle tachometer, speedometer, temperature gauge, and gas gauge. The driver’s seat can electronically save two seat, steering wheel, and mirror settings to memory in order accommodate two drivers, so that with the push of a button you can adjust the car to fit you or the other driver. It also has an exit button that retracts the steering wheel and drops the seat for easy exit. Milage is approximately 153200 (I say approximately because the car may be driven between now and sale date). The car also has a wonderful computer system that allows you to do a quick check on instantaneous mpg, averaged trip mpg, averaged mph, individual tire pressure, engine oil life, transmission fluid life, coolant level, and others. In other words, the car doesn’t just have some little red warning light that comes on, it gives you specific warnings in the case of common issues. You can cycle through and check all of this important information with a button on your steering wheel, and the results are displayed under the gauges in the instrument panel. The engine is the Northstar V8 4.6, mated to an automatic transmission. The car is front-wheel drive, and so the engine is mounted sideways. The engine bay and whole area under the hood is almost SPOTLESS, as you can see from the pictures. The engine and transmission are in great mechanical shape. This car will get up and go when you need it to. The transmission shifts smoothly and the engine never hesitates. It has cruise control and anti-lock brake system. The brakes are in perfect condition. I just had new pads and one new rotor installed in the front and had the rear brakes inspected and the wheels rotated. The body is also in good condition, with no significant dents, large scratches, or rust. There is some chipped paint on the passenger corner of the front bumper and the drivers corner of the rear bumper from some idiots in the parking lot, but no body damage. The wheels are the chrome factory originals. The whole car has is clean enough to eat off of, literally. Check out the pictures and you will see. There is not even grime on the door hinges. I love this car, but just don’t need it anymore. You just can’t beat the feel of a wooden steering wheel on a cold morning, it never gets that icy chill in it like steel-cored wheels do. The BOSE sound is incredible, and the acceleration and ride is so smooth. I get about 28 mpg highway and 17 mpg city, which is good for a V8. This car will seat five people comfortably, more in a pinch, and the trunk space is enormous. This car also comes with an almost full set of service records. Documentation for every major repair, most minor maintenance is included, and the original dealer sale documents. There are a couple small issues. There is a small LED section out in the left tail-light. The light is legal and all signals function fine, which is why I never replaced it. The windshield has a crack. It does not affect use but would need to be fixed or replaced eventually. The last problem is that the gear module that changes the direction of the airflow of the climate control in the front of the car is broken. The air still blows hot and cold, you just cannot shift between the dash vents, defrost vents, and floor vents. It is currently stuck on defrost and floor vents. This part costs about $100 and there are several internet forums that describe how to replace it yourself. It works as far as cooling and heating the car, its just a little awkward. The vents in the back seat all work fine. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping or pickup. Payment methods are listed in auction, $500 Paypal deposit due within 48 hours of auction close.
