Vehicle Detail
Reserve lowered. This is a fairly rare model of the 86 Turbo Z. It is the "CS" version, NOT a Shelby. 2.2 Chrysler turbo, 5 speed manual transmission. Engine runs perfect, has great compression and uses 1/2 qt of oil btw changes just like when it was new. Turbo is original and works great. Has had only one head gasket at about 130K. Belts, hoses and tune-up are all recent. Transmission works perfect and the clutch and brakes about 60%. T-Top and hatch back. Black leather interior with wear only on the driver's seat from getting in and out. Speaking of the driver's seat, I am 71 yrs old and it is the best driver's seat that I have ever sat in. Six electric air bags and all tilts and all working. Digital dash and dash board computer that works fine. The dash has one light that is out and the original radio works only on AM. Air conditioning not working. Heater is fine. Has brand new BF Goodrich 225x50 R15 speed rated radials that handle supurb. Front end parts are all in very good shape. Glass is good. Hood has been repainted, rock chips only, no damage, the rest of the paint is original. The pictures came out better than the car, there are some minor scratches and parking lot dings that do not show. The wheels show some wear but the gold trim stripe is near perfect. Car fax is clean. I sold this car to a neighbor some years ago but bought it back about a year later. We bought it new from Doug's Lynnwod Dodge and still drive and own it today. We live in the Seattle area and recently drove it to Las Vegas to use here during the winter. We are snow-birds and retired now with a smaller house and an RV for the winter in the Southwest. It ran perfectly on the trip from Seattle to Vegas and handled perfectly. We have to many cars at home and have recently purchased a "Harley" trike, so the Daytona has to go. (reluctantly). 99% rust free, nickel size paint flaw near left side of spoiler.
