For sale is a 1976 Cadillac Seville with 78,000 original miles [ VIN: 6S69R6Q501495 ]. The color on it is called Chesterfield Brown with tan leather interior ( the leather is in very good condition and from a non-smoking owner ) and tan padded vinyl top that is in great shape. The paint does have some blemishes (from some light scratches and dings to fades in a few places) but DOES NOT have any rust. All chrome and stainless are nice and have virtually no pitting. It has the fuel injected 350 c.i. engine and automatic transmission with all the power options that work. The air conditioning works great and blows COLD (see photos of the frosted accumulator). The A/C system is a 1977 CCOT 134-A. This Cadillac does have several options privy to Sevilles outside the standard luxury equipment of this model year which include: Twilight Sentinel (working); Rear Window Defroster (working); AM/FM Stereo w/ Wonder Bar (working). Nearly everything on this car is fully functional except for the Automatic Leveling Control and the Power Antenna but they do not affect its performance. The tires are an entry-level Firestone model but do have plenty of tread life left. Several items have been serviced or replaced including: oil change and filter; new radiator; new fuel pump and lines; new air shocks; new exhaust system; new battery and tune up. It appears this car was serviced regularly by a Firestone Service Center in the past. This car has recently had a Missouri State Safety Inspection with a PASS certification last August. (exp. 9/5/10) This car is an excellent driver that has the usual minor dings and wear associated with a vehicle this age but you can get in, start it right up and feel confident that it operates normally. It rides and drives like a classic Cadillac Seville should. In all honesty this vehicle is in remarkable condition for a 34 year old caddy! I'd rate it at a solid 7+ on a scale of 1-10.
