You are bidding on a 1989 Mustang GT 5.0 5 spd with A/C and a fully loaded interior pretty much in the same condition,other than an an aftermarket sunroof, it left the factory in. A one owner adult woman owned,this car to my knowledge was never driven in winter. It has been refinished once,I believe Ford warranted the job years ago but it still has a really nice shine as the picture will show. I have owned this car for over five years and have put less than 500 miles on it in that time. I have replaced the radiator,valve cover gaskets,done a tune up with plug wires and most of the exhaust of course. Every year we get it out,clean it up and do what ever it needs and then it sits in my garage at my home and doesn't move so it's time to give it a new home.This car could be driven as is and be a great car. Mechanically it runs and drives very well. The clutch is fine and the transmission shifts perfectly with a nice tight shifter indicative of a vehicle with a very low level of misuse. THE BAD; There is a dent in the front fender and a small chip of paint missing just above the dent. The window felts need to be replaced as they are deteriorating. There are two blisters in the paint,one small one on the left rear quarter and one on the hatchback lid near the left side of the spoiler. The A/C needs to be charged The interior could use detailing as well as under the hood due to the years in storage. This is really all I can think of that the car needs. It is a rare opportunity to acquire one of these cars that hasn't been "improved" or beat to death by the previous owner. Anyone interested is more than welcome to come and have a look at it personally or send someone and we'll be glad to put it on a lift for a complete inspection. The servo/motor is bad and needs replacing. I removed it so the car would be lockable with the key.
