This auction will be for a year 2000 Kia Sportage. This four door four wheel drive sport utility vehicle has a Green exterior finish with a Gray cloth interior. It comes nicely equip with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel steering, air conditioning, a factory am/fm/cd player, rear window defrost, rear window wiper, alloy wheels and dual SRS airbags. The drivetrain is a clean and smooth running 2.0 liter fuel injected four cylinder engine with an automatic overdrive transmission and a dual zone four wheel drive system. The four cylinder engine runs like new and the automatic transmission shifts great. The four wheel drive and other mechanics of this Kia are all also in great shape. We believe the great mechanical condition of this Kia is because of the meticulous maintenance of the previous owner. No expense was spared in keeping this Kia in top running condition. There are literally thousands and thousands of dollars spent on maintaining this vehicle. Yes, it is frightening, but we have all the receipts. See the pic for a receipt from May of 2010 for $2,941.79! There are many more receipts included for the maintenance and upkeep on this vehicle. The non smokers Gray cloth interior has a good clean appearance. There is a full floor console, headrests on the seats and a fold down rear seat. There is a small rip in the rear seat bottom, but no other rips and no missing or broken trim items. The seats, floor carpet, dash panel and door panels all look great. All the electrical items are working correctly and there are no "warning lights" on in the dash. Overall everything is in order with no stains or odors either and the original owners books are also included. The Green exterior body does show its share or wear. There are door dings and scratches on the passenger side, a rust hole on the passenger front fender, some rust blisters on the rear quarter corners and the clear coat has faded on areas around the vehicle. Basically the exterior appearance is not perfect, but is whole. There are no dents and no unmentioned damage. The Kia has factory tinted glass, roof racks and a outside spare tire carrier. If you can live with some cosmetic scars or the appearance does not bother you, the Kia's appearance is fine. With 138,891 miles this one owner year 2000 Kia Sportage four door four wheel drive SUV is a good reliable and solid driver. You really have to drive the car for yourself to see how nice it actually is. The endless dollars of receipts is the reason, and just reading through them is amazing. The interior cosmetics are in great shape but the exterior is lacking as mentioned above. The tires are in good to OK shape and if you are looking for an inexpensive 4X4 SUV to get around in this one is a great choice. We will not accept Paypal transfers over $250. Financing is not available at this time. 7)DELIVERY METHODS: A)Door to door shipping is acceptable. There are an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point. 8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given. 9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days. After (7) days the vehicle will be brought to a storage facility subject to their liens for release. 10)Not concurring with any of the above terms could result in a loss of this sale.
