1963 Galaxie Street Rod/Hot Rod in progress. Car is complete and was drivable before disassembly. Many many new parts! Chassis and drivetrain 98%finished. Car was taken down to bare frame rails, stripped, painted with Por15 and then topcoated with Chassis Black. The car has been updated with 4 wheel power disc brakes, Air Ride technologies rear air ride suspension, Dropped front spindles and lowering springs, stainless fuel and brake lines. Engine freshened with new bearings,freeze plugs, oil pump,water pump,hi-perf fuel pump, Edelebrock Performer RPM Camshaft and lifters, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, Edelbrock AFB Carburetor, Mallory Unilite distributor, Moroso Braided ignition wires, radiator pressure tested and restored, rebuilt powersteering pump,vintage finned aluminum valve covers,Sanderson Headers, stainless socket head fasteners, new hoses and trans cooler lines, transmission and rear end gone through and resealed. The Body: has been almost completely sandblasted,primed, and repairs begun. All replacement sheet metal has been purchased and comes with the car. All the trim and glass is present and the glass is in good shape. The bumpers are pretty rusty but repairable. I have new body bushings for it and several new seals. Interior is intact but will need to be recovered and includes a console with shifter, front bucket seats and a XL and non-XL back seat. Steering column has been stripped and primed. New uninstalled parts: Complete Ford racing vintage guages, Painless Wiring harness, Wood steering wheel, External engine oil cooler. I have done an enormous amount of work to this car and regretably just don't have the time or money to finish it. This car could very easily be parted out for WAY MORE than my reserve even if you don't want to finish the build.
