If you then decide you cannot purchase this vehicle your ernest money will be forfeited to cover my costs of cancelling/re-listing and notifying all bidders. I had a local buyer for this vehicle that just informed me he will not be purchasing the truck. I cannot reiterate enough that this auction is for serious bidders only. Therefore, in light of what just happened, I am re-listing my truck at the last highest bid. To those that placed bids I apologize for this inconvenience. I purchased this truck in January 2000 from the Ford dealership here in Albuquerque. This truck has been my baby for the past 11 years and I have taken very good care of him. He has hauled my show horses and I to and from local horse shows, horse trainers, and an occasional trip to the home improvement store. I have given him everything he has ever asked for---new tires, regular maintenance, regular cleaning, and he has NEVER been run out of fuel (I have a pet peeve about that). It has taken me two years to come to the conclusion that he now needs to help someone else’s life grow. Now, a little bit about HIM: 7.3L Powerstroke turbo diesel engine 146,508.5 miles 17 mpg unloaded 12 mpg pulling 10,000lb aluminum trailer and 2 fat quarter horses Automatic transmission with overdrive (tow/haul) 4 wheel drive with manual hubs (I had the automatic ones replaced) Off road package XLT package Captain’s front seats (better than bucket seats) and soooo comfy Power windows and door locks Power lumbar in front seats Single CD player Extended cab Air conditioning Good heater Manual sliding rear window Cruise control Power steering Tilt wheel Custom steps and rear bumper Top notch chrome grille guard (2 inch tubular chrome, Go Rhino brand) 2 fuel tanks Bed liner Chrome tail pipe Chrome bed side toppers Trailer brake control B&W turn over goose-neck hitch Tinted windows Tail gate lock with key Anti-Theft: Ignition cutoff plug (I have both plugs and all windows have been etched) All owners’ manuals included Full size spare tire with tire lock and key Absolutely no rust whatsoever Super clean interior The ONLY cosmetic work he has had was when we got caught in a hail storm just outside of Belen after a horse show. Think that was around August 2008. I got him all fixed and looking pretty again at an authorized and reputable repair center. What’s under his hood: I just love this engine! And from what I hear at the oil change shop the guys love it too. The fuel filter is so easy to change I can do it. The fuel filter and serpentine belt has been recently replaced (last oil change). This engine just won’t quit. I never had a problem hauling all our horses at once, and you will not have a problem getting on the interstate at 75mph. There are no leaks, and everything works. The windshield has two tiny chips up high from rocks but have been filled by a glass repair shop and haven’t cracked. Tires stay aired up and have good tread left. All instrument gauges work, digital odometer works great, lights and signals work great. Oh, one of the insert cup holders is missing but I will try to find one to replace it. I forgot to include earlier that there are 2 plug connectors (a 6 pin and 7 pin I believe). The larger plug is located under the back bumper and can hook up a travel trailer. The smaller plug is located in the bed of the truck and I had it installed when the gooseneck hitch was installed. I used it for our horse trailer. Also there is a full size spare tire that is located at the back of the truck and is locked so nobody can steal it. I just had him washed, waxed, interior detailed, and carpet shampooed. Also comes with back seat carpet floor mats, front seat carpet floor mats, and front seat rubber Ford floor mats. Additionally, I have a tail gate lock that is included as well as a 2" ball on back bumper. Serious bidders only. I am located in Albuquerque NM. Everything works just like the first day I drove him home. Engine purrs and runs great. 4 wheel drive works great. Steering is tight. This truck has been extremely well cared for and NEVER abused. The two batteries under the hood were replaced (at the same time) about 1.5 years ago. Also has the engine block heater if you need to plug in on really cold nights. All trailer plugs work. This truck is ready to go whether it be pulling a camper or stock trailer. On Apr-13-11 at 18:52:23 PDT, seller added the following information: Regular maintenance performed by a reputable shop. Trailer brake control works perfectly, the B&W turnover ball in the bed of the truck can be removed and turned upside down to have a flat bed surface.
