Vehicle Detail
THis is the description of the jeep when i purchased it three years ago: This jeep is a frame up custom built trail/ rock crawler. I spared no expense and put a lot of detailed work into creating a jeep that is as capable as this machine. $15000.00 (+/-) in receipts come with it, plus the hundreds of hours in the build. Over the last 2 years since I built it, its been on approximately 20 trail runs. It performs extremely well on the higest difficulty rated obstacles. Otherwise, it has been stored in my garage. I am very diligent about servicing my equipment, and changed oil, greased all joints, checked bolts/nuts for tightness, and maintenanced before each run. I'm sure I'll miss some things, but here's what its built of: 9" ford rear end, 5:13 gears, with a full spool, and disc brakes; M.O.R.E. traction bar; Dana 44 front end, axle work by Dutchman, ARB air locker, 5:13 gears, chevy flattop knuckles, Bluetorch drag and steering links with heim joints, disc brakes; Tom Woods drive shafts (front drive shaft with 13+ inches of extendablility); 300 transfer case with twin stick; T170 manual transmission; completely machined and rebuilt AMC 360 engine, with edelbrock performer cam and intake, topped with a Holley truck avenger carb (performs great on inclines, with very little load up on steeps)(nice lope on idle, strong low end); new radiator; on board air powered by a york compressor, with a pancake air tank (runs air tools proficiently); fiberglass hood with scoop with incorporated fan to exhaust heat from engine compartment; Corbeau racing seats, with 4 point racing harnesses; custom built race/roll cage (all d.o.m. tubing) by a professional cage builder; fuel cell and 'ammo' tool boxes mounted behind seats (along with the air tank); soft top with doors and bikini top with 1/2 doors; Warn military winch (used twice, you won't need it much) (over 1500.00 for winch system alone); Eaton 15" beadlocks; super swamper Irok 36" x 13.5" tires; custom switch pods; custom built 3-d bumpers; sprung over with Rubicon Express springs; approximately 6" added front to rear wheelbase;brand new not installed high speed steering box and pump (to help handle the tire size) goes with it. Please only serious bidders, and only if you can pay what you bid. The jeep is available for inspection to anyone who cares to come look at it. I have described it as fully as I can think of, but may have missed some things, so ask questions, please. I am placing a reserve on it because I can't afford to give it away, but the reserve is extremely reasonable, considering the effort and expense to build one of these. It is liscensed, and I do drive it in town some for fun, but it handles like a rockcrawler. high speed steering box I'll send with it for someone who wants to drive it more than a little on the road. I DO HAVE A CUSTOM TRAILER FOR THIS JEEP I WILL INCLUDE FOR 300 BUCKS. On Apr-11-11 at 14:19:53 PDT, seller added the following information: I will include the trailer for free if the winning bidder wants it!
