1999 Mercury Cougar. 133,224 add a few because it's being driven daily until it's sold. 2.5 L V6. Has a check engine light (it needs a cat converter) not sure which one never cared enough to find out. We've kept it under 5,000 a year so we didn't have to worry about emissions. The only other thing is the starter sometimes makes noise and doesn't always engage. Again I replaced it but 3 weeks later it started doing it again. It always starts so not a big deal. Car has new stickers a new right front tire because of my lazy neighbor and his roofing nails. Brakes are good, engine doesn't smoke or burn any oil. Selling the car because my 18 year old wants another car. This is a very nice first car. I also replaced the front bumper because it was cracking at the edges and I was afraid it was going to fub the tires. Car can be driven home to wherever it'll drive nice for you. Nice little car if you don't want to fix the cat converter you need to keep it under five thousand miles a year. Thats what we have been doing.
