Up for auction is a 1962 Chevrolet Impala ( SOLD AS IS ) I have clear paperwork in hand. It has a 283 engine with a power glide transmission. ( With no unusual noises) The original floor pans and trunk are original and will need some small patching. The under side of the car is real good and will need some lower door skin work . But overall not bad. The body mounts are in real good shape. The car has not been driven on the road in the pass year since I test drove it because of other projects. But has been driven up and down my road . I bought this car the way it is from an older gentleman who drove it on weekends and around town. This car starts right up and idles great and the transmission shifts good also. The front driver side bumper section and fender is tweaked a little from the previous owner. (as seen in pics.) The bumpers and glass are driver quality. The car looks to have only one paint job ( clear coat is peeling now ) and a little bondo in normal areas. (as seen in pic.) The gauges , lights and the wipers work, and the windows roll up and down . All the trim is there but will need some buffing. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements.
