Up for auction is a 1957 M38A1. THIS IS A PROJECT VEHICLE. As you can see in the pictures, the Engine, trans and transfer case are out. I have checked the trans and transfer case and all is fine there. The engine is a 283 chev, the block numbers put it in the 1957 date range also. I do not know if it runs, but was told it did when removed. I purchased the vehicle exactly as pictured but my truck blew the motor bringing it home. Here it is a few years later so, I am selling my projects. The vehicle had new higher lift leaf springs installed. If you have time, this could be a nice restoration project or project to use for off-road or whatever your fancy. There is not rust other than the occasional surface rust. I picked up the vehicle from northern California, I am in Tucson Az. The vehicle has been in my garage since I got it. The soft top is included. Engine stand included if you want it. This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. It does NOT run and will need assistance loading / unloading on your trailer. This vehicle is being offered for sale locally.
