I am selling my 73 green Trans Am in the hope that somebody else has the know how and money to restore her. I have had this car for at least 20 years and kept her in the garage hoping to someday restore her. Sadly this is not gonna happen. She has no motor, but the original factory 4-speed Muncie transmission is still there and as far as I know works.I took as many pictures as possible so you can see the cars condition. She definitely needs a lot of work. I have heard that in 73 only 30 where made in Brewster green and as far as I know this is one of them. I reserve the right to end this auction early, because the car is also advertised locally. Due to previous bad experiences it will have to be cash only. Sorry.On Mar-21-11 at 15:21:39 PDT, seller added the following information: just checked underneath, as good as I could, didn't see any obvious holes in floors, trunk and bottom of doors, sounded pretty solid too.But please keep in mind that I am no expert . I saw surface rust, but couldn't get very far underneath and have nothing to lift with.On Mar-23-11 at 12:56:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Vehicle is not advertised locally anymore, since I just found out that I probably won't be home for any length of time until Sunday, which makes it impossible to show it to anybody. So at end of auction high bidder wins Also checked the paint code on the tag below the wiper online and it looks like the car is actually original Brewster green , but not Ho or SD. As far as I remember I am the 9th owner of this car. Thanks to everybody for your immense interest for this car.
