This original, one owner Corvette was delivered at the National Corvette Museum and Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It has never been in a accident, or through a car wash. It has always been hand washed using Turtle brand Car Wash and Wax and garaged. It has been polished frequently using Nu Finish polish, a silicone based product. The paint has a high sheen and it's not unusual for strangers to walk over and complement the car. It was always parked away from other automobiles and there are no door dings, nor rock chips that I can spot. No one has ever smoked in this car. It has the upgraded 2LT package which includes among other items, a tilt, leather covered steering wheel, XM satellite radio, in-dash CD player, leather perforated seats, electric passenger seat adjustment, front and side airbags, rear luggage cover, cargo net and MP3 in-dash plug-in and more. The complete package listing is available at the Corvette web site. The 2LT upgrade was a $1,195. The standard wheels were upgraded to the polished, performance oriented forged aluminum five spoke design that fits well with the overall design of the car at a cost of $1,200. It has a six speed manual transmission. The stock exhaust system was replaced last October with a system developed by Flowmaster that sounds more like a sports car and less like a Buick. It also increased gas mileage and horsepower. The original exhaust system is included in the sale, in case you want to return to the stock system. This is my fifth Corvette I've owned and the best. It's being sold because I've ordered a 2011. It's not been driven as a daily commuter, but for pleasure, in good weather and at social events with our Corvette club. It has been serviced by Watson Chevrolet in Tucson as well as a local quality garage for oil changes. The service records are available. There's about 18 months remaining on the factory drive train warranty. The oil has always been Mobile 1. I have greatly enjoyed this car, as I'm certain the new owner will. This is a very low mileage Corvette that has only been driven about 450 miles a month and this shows in it's impeccable appearance. It compares well with a new C6 coupe.
