Up for auction is a 1985 Chevrolet C-30 Custom Deluxe 2wd dually with Dump Bed. It starts runs and drives. The dump bed also works properly on it. It has a 5.7 liter 350 engine and automatic transmission. It was owned by the Townships Service Department and has had regular service its entire lift by the Township's Fleet Services. As you can see the paint is pretty rough on it especially the hood. The sides of the dump bed are pretty rusted out also but the floor of it doesn't seem to be too bad. It has been checked by our Fleet Service mechanics and they say it will need some brake work soon. They function properly now but some of the lines show signs of dry rot. It also has a hole in the exhaust between the engine and the muffler. The frame and undercarriage of the truck is in pretty good shape. So it would be a great truck for someone that wanted to change the body on it. It would also make a great farm or work truck the way it is especially with the dump bed.
