This is a 1953 Dodge B-4 half ton I got back in July of last year. My intentions were to restore it but I just really couldn't get into it. So now I'd like to sell it and look for another vehicle. It has a 218 straight 6 that runs really good. I drove it home 50 miles on the freeway the day I picked it up. It has a 3 speed fluid drive trans. (you can leave it in gear at a stoplight and not have your foot on the clutch). I haven't driven it in a few months so the fuel pump will probably need to be primed when starting it for the first time. The body is in good condition with the exception of the front fenders at the mounting brackets. They look like they will need some cutting and new material welded in place. The bed wood will need to be replaced. On the inside: the floor boards look good except for a very small section on the passenger side that will need some cutting and welding. The seat is in good condition as are the door panels. Door handles and latches function. The windows crank and the wind wings turn like they should. The window rubber and door stripping are pretty rough. Gauges work except for the gas gauge. The tires are good but the front drivers side has a slow leak in it. The spare is in poor shape. Overall the paint is in fair shape. I will include a shop manual and extra driver side front fender. This is my first Dodge and I don't have much experience with mopar stuff but I will try to answer your questions to the best of my ability. 500.00 deposit due within 3 days after close of auction. Full payment within 7 please. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements. I'm also trying to sell this truck locally and reserve the right to pull this auction at any time.
