This is your chance to buy a 5.9 limited cheap and restore or build a sleeper out of it. The Jeep was a daily driver that runs great but recently developed a transmission problem. I believe I overheated the tranny while towing my snowmobiles. It has 1st, 2nd and reverse and the fluid is burnt smelling. I just put brand new brake rotors and pads on the rear and the front brakes only have a couple thousand miles on them. The body is in excellent condition with the exception of the hood, it was damaged when I drove away without latching it. There are some dents above where the hood hinges mount. Also, the rear bumper cover is a slightly different color. A/c blows cold, interior is in good condition with the exception of the headliner coming down in a few small spots. It has all the goodies (leather seats, power everything, moonroof etc) that the 5.9 limited came with and has no rust to deal with as it has only been in NY for 16 months now. Keep in mind while the body is in excellent condition, the vehicle is 13 years old and there are some nicks and scratches here and there..mostly on the door moldings (cladding) and I just remembered the drivers side mirror is distorted from the fluid for the mirror defroster..I talked to glass company and was told that just the glass can be purchased pretty cheap. I will include a K&N cold air kit with filter as well. I can help with arrangements if you are having it picked up or possibly deliver if you are not too far away, arrangements will need to be made first though. The item is also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Lastly, I will be out of town March 11-13, so it will need to be picked up before or after those dates, possibly during the day on the 11th or evening of the 13th.
