1985 Honda FL350R

I have a 1985 Honda Odyssey FL350R. The Odyssey is in really good condition. It runs really good but it does have a problem. It will not go in gear. What it does is it just makes a grinding noise and won't go in gear. I posted what it was doing on the Pilot Odyssey pitstop forum. The website is www.p-o-p-s.com If your interested you can go on there and just type in transmission grinding and the post I posted will pop up ( my user name was BEGLEY). But one of the major posters on there replied and said that it sounds like the driven clutch isn't disengaging properly. But I just bought a new Kawasaki Teryx and just don't have time to mess with this thing so I am selling it as is. It is just sitting in the garage in the way. Thanks for looking.
