1999 Chevrolet Express Handicap Accesible Van Very nice clean solid van, handicap accesible in the rear with ties downs and for the driver with assisted controls and seat. This van has a Braun wheel chair lift the operates like new, and is speedy. This is a Hi-Top Express and i am approimately 6ft tall and can almost stand straight in it. It also has a rear bench seat that turns into a sofa bed. As for the drivetrain it has an automatic transmission and a V-8, 5.0liter engine that runs and sounds great.
