Selling at no reserve, this was a Finance Company repo, I bought it to part out but it's a nice truck so I thought I'd give someone a chance to make a great buy on a Rover. 1999 Land Rover Disco II, hard loaded with all power options including leather and dual sun roofs, the radio is missing but I will include a factory stereo, shifter top is broken but it works okay. 4.0 V8, automatic, traction control, downhill descent, much more. I put a nice set of matching Geo Landers by Yokohoma size 265x75x16 on this past week, I will take $200. off of the final bid price if you don't want them, I will replace them with factory wheels and get you home tires. This SUV sold new for $40,000.+++ The Southern body is very nice with no rust, the interior is nice for the age, needs detailing as this is just the way I bought it. It does run and drive, the hi/lo range works as well as the 4 wheel drive, air blows cold, electric heated seats work too. The transmission shifts solid, no slippage, the brakes are good. Front end seems tight, no shaking or shimmy. It does run hot after driving it a few minutes so it will probably need head gaskets, not uncommon for these vehicles. Front bumper is cracked but usable, I sell steel winch bumpers for $495.00, right turn signal cracked, I don't have a replacement at this time. This truck is just too nice to part out, but if it does not sell that's just what I'll do with it. It's worth a lot more in parts than what I have it listed for. It can't be driven home, I suggest a trailer as it's a four wheel drive, there is no warranty or guarantee of any kind, Tn residents will pay tax at time of sale. On Mar-01-11 at 13:04:32 PST, seller added the following information: UPDATE: Had an ebayer come check the Rover out today, when we cranked it the ABS , downhill descent and traction control light came on, otherwise known as the three amigos. It could be minor, I don't recall these lights being on when I test drove it. I will assist the winning bidder with parts to repair from one of my parts vehicles. Anyone that has placed a bid is welcome to retract it if this is a problem.
