1985 Monte Carlo SS for sale. Very nice 26 ear old car. 305 H.O. Auto 4spd w/O.D.PW, PL. All Stock with the exception of the CD Player and Flowmaster mufflers. 113,900 original miles. I have the original owners manual but no window sticker. This car is very dependable and turns heads where ever you go. The interior is immaculate and not faded with the exception of a small wear spot on side of drivers seat and a 3 inch crack on the top center of the dash. The exterior paint is a 6 out of 10. This SS shines but does have some clearcoat peeling in places and a few surface rust spots appearing from under the paint in 4 areas. Tires have 100% tread and are in great condition. The A/C needs charged. The tint is old and showing its wear. Give my SS a happy home. All gauges work including the dash clock. If close come see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. This SS does have the 3:73 rearend and the Posi-Trac option. It runs and drives beautifully. The carburetor is the original 4bbl Quadrajet. It does run a little rich which sets off the eng light once in a while. I took it to firestone and they placed the car on the diagnostic machine and that is the code they pulled from the computer. They said the carburetor could eventually use a rebuild to get her to lean out but other than that she runs beautiful. There is no rust under this car! All the pans are solid . Defenitely a fun to drive car. My wife calls her Amber and we hate to sell her but she has to go. I have lowered the Buy It Now Price and Reserve. Whom ever wins this car is really going to Love it.
