343 V-8, 4 barrell, headers, dual exhaust AC not hooked up-Compressor goes to buyer(unknown if in working order)-Hoses intact in engine compartment Fiberglass hood- Paint is excellent-Interior is excellent and original except for new front seat buns and covers and carpeting Vinyl top is in great shape and may or may not be original-Seams line up very well New brakes all 4 corners with front drums being power assisted AMC two piece rear axles replaced with Moser one piece axle All interior trim and exterior trim in very good shape Front bumper is original and chrome still good==Rear was bent and pitted and replaced with a new rechrome bought off Ebay (Not a good job and started to peel) Original was sent to California and was straightened and rechromed- New owner gets both. Look around and try to find a 68 Javelin SST in this shape. I have priced the car much lower than I think it is worth, but the economy forces this. E-mail any questions and I will answer honestly. I purchased this car several years ago from Dallas, TX and it was driven straight through to Louisville, KY. I do not get to drive this car much and would like to see someone who appreciates the history of these cars to enjoy it. Car is offered locally as well and subject to previous sale. P.S.
