Please understand that this is NOT a thrown together, junk vehicle!! As the subject says, it was built to the standards of the early hot rodding days, but much stronger and with safety in mind. Some high points...Hopped up Ford flathead engine like we built the back in the day (assuming we had enough money), 3 speed manual tranny w/real Zephyr gears, professionally built engine by a flathead specialist (bored/stroked to 295 cu. in. - stock engine was 239 cu. in., custom built boxed and Z'd frame, "bomber" seats, new $600.00 Coker wide WW tires (less than 200 miles). Over $8,500.00 worth of receipts will go to the buyer in a well organized leather "scrapbook". However, it should be noted that these receipts ONLY reflect the engine rebuild costs and nothing to do with the other costs, such as purchase of the "Henry Ford" steel body, stock engine for rebuild, frame fabrication, transmission, custom driveshaft, S10 rear end, bomber seats, tires/wheels, lights (including design/installation of turn signals), gauges, headers, etc. Total expenses came to about $19,800.00.
