I am the original owner and bought it new from the dealership, Jeep on Nicholasville. I am a non-smoker, and this is a garage-kept vehicle. The bad: The sensor that lets you know tire pressure is low is always on (regardless of whether tire pressure is low), and the rail - or whatever the mechanism is called that puts the top back into place - is a bit misaligned, meaning I have to actually push a little when putting the top back on. The good: I've given her reguar oil changes (full synthetic oil), and haven't had the slightest problem with her mechanically. She runs extremely smooth. This is a very clean vehicle, looks and runs fantastic! For the winning bid, a $500 deposit is required within 72 hours and the balance within 7 days with certified check or through financing. (As a side note, where I live this is only a problem about 5-10 days a year - specifically, when it's both hot AND rainy. If it's hot, I just put the top down or take off the window panels.)
