Vehicle Detail

For auction with lo reserve price is a 1956 Plymouth Belvedere 4 door sedan, runs and drives excellent. I bought the car two years ago from my neighbor who was moving to a retirement apartment with no garage. It has been very reliable and alot of fun, need space in the garage for my new Camaro. I want to represent the car as best as possible in this listing and would welcome bidders to take a look in person. This is not a show car and is being sold in "as-is, where-is" condition with no warantees expressed or implied. The following is my personal observation of the vechicle, please make your own judgements from the listing pictures and I reccommend you make an assement in person. Please do not bid unless you have the funds availible to complete the deal. A deposit of $500 via Paypal is required within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The balance can be paid in cash or Paypal. The car features a v8 ( I believe it is a 270 has the oil filler tube in front of engine) with Powerflite push button transmisson, factory duel exhust (replaced in 1996 from Classic Mufflers $708) power windows (all are working, front controls work for all but rear drivers side, all windows work with the passenger controls), power drivers seat (working), Complete new brake system by Les Schwab in 1996 $1292, 1996 Whitewall Tires from Les Schwab $423, new fuel pump 1997 $197, new drive shaft in 1997 $318, tune up 1997 $179, repair and clean and service transmisson 1999 Spokane Transmission $551, new alternator and regulator & change to 12v electrical system $191 & $286. Included is a book of service history and reciepts that the prior owner gave to me as well as an original 1956 service manual. I love old cars and know that I will recieve questions about rust, This is not a rust free car but it is not a rust bucket either. The floors are solid, the door sills have rust along the sill plates, the trunk interior has some rust but can be sanded and painted, some rust on or around doors ect please see the pictures, I have not painted over any rust to cover it up, this is the condition the car was in when I bought it. The interior is all original, the drivers seat area is ripped, the top of the rear seat is ripped and the headliner is coming off at the rear window. the door panels are good, the carpet is ok, included is two pieces of vinyl one teal one white for repairs. Basically this is a great 1950's driver that is very reliable and gets lots of looks, wish I had more garage space, too nice to let rot outside. Drive it home. Reserve is set at less than 50% of value, please do not ask what the reserve price is. Clear WA state title in hand, current tabs. Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay. Thanks JJ.
