1973 CAMARO Z 28 SPLIT BUMPER REAL DEAL with 10,800 documented miles. Original 350 factory 4 speed and factory air condition. First year Z 28 was offered with air. I have known this car several years also was a previous owner once before. This car was born with a flat hood and was a stripe delete car. I have the original flat hood that is included with the car but shipping is the buyers responsibility. Engine has been upgraded to perform like the earlier Z 28 such as cam and lifters,different intake manifold, head work, air cleaner. Beautiful paint and laser straight body and was redone many years ago but looks like it just rolled off the show room. Rare Code 29 Midnight Blue. Power steering, power disc brakes, 10 bolt posi, working cold AC, front and rear sway bars. I hate to use the Barret Jackson term but I had some friends out there that seen some of the second gen Camaro's bringing well north of 50K and said most would not compare to this car. The interior is original and still looks brand new. The undercarriage is original with most of the factory paint markings still visible. The trunk still has the original spatter paint and the original trunk mat. This car is riding on the original wheels with new BFG TA RADIALS. Trim tag reads: ST 731FQ87 N 069258 BDY, TR 775 A51 29 B PNT, 02A Z28 ZR8, The engine was decked when it was reworked so there is no suffix or numbers on the front of the block but we all know many of them have been re-stamped anyway. The casting numbers indicate it is the correct engine. This car has the 130 MPH Speedometer and the 7K Tach that red lines at 6K RPM. This car is ready to show and you can drive it anywhere. It has won many awards including best of show and best GM. Muscle cars like this are truly hard to come by. If you want one of the best second generation Z 28's this is it.
