Up for auction 1973 2.0. Excellent condition. Low miles under 61000. I have paperwork back to 1993 showing 59000. Yes, the odometer works. Previous owner took the motor out to fix an oil leak and ended up going overboard and rebuilding it. He converted it to hydraulic lifters so no more valve adjustments and is very quiet. Runs very strong. Original fuel injection. Has under 1000 miles on rebuild. No oil leaks no smoke. Transmission excellent. I have had 4 914s and this one shifts better than any I have driven. This car being from the southwest had no rust issues but paint was faded. I had it repainted origianl marathon blue base coat clear coat and replaced all rubber seals on car. All lights and gauges work perfect. Clock works but does not keep accurate time. Car is equiped with center consol and fog lights. Interior is excellent except for the typical crack in dash above glove box. I have a dash cap I will install this week but didn't want to install before pics. All glass excellent. Brakes, tires, emergency brake all good. Rubber bumpers and chrome excellent. Also have original passenger side mirror I haven't installed and a 1970s bra. I will include in auction. Has newer radio, original speakers and grills. Antenna tip is broken off and haven't had time to replace. I hate to sell this car but will be losing large garage space soon and I won't let it sit out. I reserve the right to end this auction early as car will be for sale locally.
