For sale 1997 Dodge Dakota Sport with 110k miles. Dad got this truck about 3 years ago, it had 70k miles on it. It was owned by an employee at the dealership where he bought it, and was traded in on a new truck. He has bought a bigger truck from my brother, and needs to sell this one now. It has a 3.9L V6 and automatic transmission and has a factory bedliner. Engine runs good, trans shifts good, steering is very tight, and the brakes will throw you into the steering wheel. I just put a new NAPA starter on it. Front tires are new and rear tires are 70+% tread life left. This is a good running dependable truck, but has some scratches, dents, and hood and cab roof paint peel. The front bumper is rusted but the rest of the body seems to be rust free and solid. The speedometer comes and goes(engine code shows speed sensor failure), but the odometer never stops working. The dash lights stopped working but all of the gauges work. The brake and ABS lights came on when I slid on the ice the other night(probably needs reset. This is a used truck and has been used on the farm, traveling gravel roads. I cleaned it up some, but still needs a good detailing. Reserve is set at $1500, the truck books out over $2000. This was listed Wednesday and sold with buy it now, but I was contacted by ebay and was told that the buyer was no longer registered with ebay. So I am relisting it. Thanks for looking, Mike.
