This is a 1998 Mercedes SLK 230. It is white, with black leather interrior. It has AMG bumpers. 4 cyl, Kompressor, 68,000 miles. The car needs paint and engine repair. Partially sanded, almost ready for paint. I let a friend drive the car, he over heated it on the freeway, and the fan belt cut the radiator hose. He kept driving it, and he cracked the cylinder head, by overheating the vehicle. I had a right rear fender put on it, from an accident. The power top motor needs remounted to make the top work properly. Needs a driver side air bag. Car will need a good cleaning, been sitting in the driveway for a couple of years. The pic of the interrior looks grey, but it is actually black. It's a lien sale title, with no penalties to register it. It would be a clear title in California. It may be listed under Car Fax, we're not sure. I would recomend just replacing the engine, unless you are, or know a good rebuilder. Sold as is, where is, no guarantee. Reserve is cheap!
