The Service center determined that there is no compression on any of the cylinders and the Serpentine Belt and tensioner pulley are missing. Most likely due to the engine jumping time. They recommend replacing the engine with either a rebuilt one, a used one or attempt a top overhaul. There are two used engines currently available on Ebay at the moment. I do not have the time to attempt any of these options so I'm selling this as a repair or parts car. The rims and tires alone are possibly worth half the starting price.
