I am selling a 1981 custom Conversion Camper van with less than 70,000 miles on it. READ ON AND MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER. I can no longer store it, and it is in need of a new fuel filter, but I never need to drive it, so I just want it gone. About the Space: -Fully Insulated front to back. -360 degree windows with black out curtains for privacy. -Real wood finish on everything from the floor to the counter to the cabinets. -Rear bed upholstered with 4" memory foam cushions for comfort, converts from bed to table and bench area for sitting/eating -Back benches open, toy box style, for storage -Screened skylight over bed, back doors open for full camp experience -Two Hinged cabinets, one tall and slim, one short and squat, for storage, latch closed to avoid catastrophe on the road. -Large countertop/ kitchen area with electric outlet. -Cooler Storage under counter -Decent floor space with single step into van and hidden emergency tool spot About the Van: -Low Mileage -New: tires, exhaust, distributor, rear brake kit, filters/hoses all within the last year -Regular Maintenance every 2,500 miles -Original Dash and captain seats... so comfortable -Two front doors, two rear doors and full sliding door for easy access. -Secondary electric battery hooked up to alternator for electricity in Kitchen Area -am/fm radio with i-pod hookup included. -there is a dent in the sliding door where it was hit while in Safeway parking lot, but besides that the body is in great shape. (you could probably fix the door for a couple hundred bucks) -there is a tick in the engine, took it to mechanic who assured me 1,000 miles ago that it is ok I am tired of moving this van back and forth for street cleaning and would like to sell asap.
