I have a 1996 GMC Sierra K2500 SLE pickup. Truck has the 6.5 diesel that has 259000 miles and is still running exc. My friend owned this truck for the last 7 years and serviced it regularly. He built a custom tube ladder rack from anadozided tubing and tig welded it very nicely. The rack alone would cost at least 1000$ to replace. Truck has 265/75/16 mud tires all around for the jobsite. The interior is in real decent shape with no rips or tears in the upholestry. The carpet does have it's stains that should come out with a good detail.Has extended cab,power drivers seat,captains chairs,p/l,cruise, p/m,p/w,3 power outlets,center console for storage.the cab has the problematic lower rocker rot. There are the dents that can be seen from the pics.The passenger door only opens from the outside. All blinkers,power windows,horn,etc function properly. The motor starts quick and easily with no smoke on cold mornings. All gauges and odometer function properly .The transmission shifts perfect. Engine has block heater. I been driving this truck for a week now back and forth to work and it rides very well. A lot of people have misconceptions about the GM 6.5L motor, and have heard bad things. They had their problems to an extent, but what engine doesn't. These are great motors that last when maintained. That is why the military still uses them. Parts are readily available and cheap and the motors are easy to work on.My point being is the miles on this truck don't scare me at all. I've seen quite a few with over 300k and running good.I would fill the tank up and take a 2000 mile trip tomorrow. I'm starting this out at .99 cents NO RESERVE. The clean retail on this truck is over 6K$. This truck is 2WD. Ask any questions. If for some reason you come to pick this truck up and it has been grossly misrepresented you don't have to buy. There is no foul odors.I rate the interior higher than the exterior.The truck has a tow package with a class III hitch.There is no brake box.This truck was not used for towing purposes at all in the last 8 years.Trans shifts great.
