THE HISTORY The X5 4.4i Sport Activity Vehicle has only 103,621 miles on it... that may sound like a lot of miles... but remember... this is a BMW... it's just hitting it's stride and it's actually only an average of 11.5k miles per year of driving which is actually a lot less than the normal 15k/yr most people do !!! The VIN is 5UXFB33592LH38119. It was built at BMW's Spartanburg Assembly Plant in South Carolina USA in July of 2002 which actually makes it a very late model 2002. It was sold Brand New with just 26 miles on the odometer in South Florida by Braman BMW in Palm Beach on July 22nd of 2002. This original owner lived in Palm Beach FL which is a very affluent area. The X5 was kept normally serviced and maintained at Vista BMW and we have the complete BMW database printout showing no open recalls as well as the service history with dates and mileages. This original owner enjoyed this X5 for the term of it's 39 month lease and on October 18th of 2005 and with only 51,878 miles on the odometer turned it into Vista BMW. Vista BMW inspected, serviced, and cleaned this X5 and put it for sale. It found a new owner very shortly thereafter. On October 20th of 2005 and with just 51,883 miles on the odometer, this X5 was being enjoyed by its second owner who lived in Hialeah FL which is a very quiet area. This second owner kept it serviced at Lauderdale Imports BMW in Fort Lauderdale FL and enjoyed this X5 for just over five years until deciding to trade it in at Mercedes Benz of Pompano in Pompano Beach Florida in January of 2011 with just 103,617 miles on the odometer. I bought this BMW directly from Mercedes Benz of Pompano to offer for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The tires on this BMW are the proper sized P285/45R19 Michelin Diamaris 4x4's with approx 35% tread life left in them. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The interior shows very little if any wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears or fade. The wood trim is free of any fade. Some of the rims have some curb rash. I have two master keys and the owners manuals. I have also purchased for this X5 a Brand New set of All Weather Rubber Mats which are still in the wrapper. I also have two wireless headsets for the entertainment system. In addition, we have the complete BMW database printout showing no open recalls as well as the full service history with dates and mileages.
