As the description above stated, I have a 99 Pontiac sunfire convertible with 138,000 miles.. It was previously titled in Hawaii. I have owned it for 5 years.. This is the first winter I have driven it, It has been starting great without sitting in a garage in -10 below weather. I have to many vehicles and want to sell this car.. I have to haul equipment for my work so the car is just an extra.. This is a very good second car or a car for a kid / College student.. I have driven it 50,000 miles myself without any issues. Its been a great car..biggest issue is the fuel tank sending unit doesnt work, I see you can get one new on Ebay for $39.00... I dont have the time to replace it. I put gas in every 300 miles to be safe.. Factory specs 23 MPG town, 33MPG highway. Very good on oil does not smoke or leak that I have seen.. The top works I had to put a plexiglass rear window in it. hood has a wrinkle in it but closes just fine and has been that way for a couple years. hit a small deer. didnt cause any other damage.. Body is very solid as well as the underneath, windshield is in good condition no cracks or bullseyes... weather strip around the doors could use replacing. typical for convertibles.. tires are far from new but still some tread.. I drive it to work pretty much every day so by time the auction ends I will put about 400 miles on it.The car needs a good cleaning and some cosmetic work, paint is good with some scratches, front and rear plastic bumber shrouds could use paint. I am selling it at a starting price much lower than Blue book and Nada's FAIR condition value.. shown below. anything over a thousand takes it. $2,630 Some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition. Clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional. Tires may need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage.
