Today I have For Sale a 1959 Ford F-100. This truck has some wear and tear but to be 52 years old not to bad. This WAS a running and driving truck about 6 months ago, my son bought it for a project put it on jackstands to install shifter, then before he finished that decided that he would redo the wiring and here it sits! Truck has 80's model 302 motor and was told was an overdrive trans. I don't know this for sure as I have never driven the truck on the road but with a can of gas (just didn't take any chances with bad fuel) the truck will yard drive, so this means it runs good and the trans shifts into gear, from that point on I don't know but again WAS TOLD it does shift out as should. The guy I bought it from was honest in every other respect so I would venture to say it will shift as should. Truck has duel exhaust out the rear, and comes sitting on steel roller tires. Truck needs to be wired i.e. taillights, turn signals Ignition and so on to be driveable. The shifter linkage also needs to be fixed and a shifter installed. The brakes work in the yard don't know what condition they are in but will stop. Truck has some rust on cab corners and a few other places I have tried to show in the pics. Bed sides look really good just a couple of spots to fix. truck has had amature bodywork done at some point in time that will need to be re-done to put back to original. Frame is solid floor of bed is descent some small holes but nothing that couldn't be fixed pretty easy. With ALL this being said I am selling this truck as a restoration project. The truck does not have a title I was given a bill of sale from the state and will also in return give you a bill of sale from the state of Florida. This would make a Cool Rat Rod Project or do the few minor things that need to be done and make a Very Cool everyday driver out of it.What you see in the pics is what you get no more no less. As Always truck is located just outside of Tampa so if you can stop by and look at the truck for yourself Please do, it will make a pretty cool old rod with just a couple of days more work. I have started the bid at about what a good running 302 and auto O.D. trans would cost so the rest of the truck is free, and if you're looking for a bed or other parts this is a buy at the buy it now price.
